EverQuests Tutorial is intended for players level 1-10, you can enter it by having Tutorial checked on the create a character screen, or enter tutorial from character select if a character is under level 10. The following are Quests in the Tutorial with their level requirement to request.

You should be able to complete every quest if you want to, before you end up leaving this zone, you may also leave the zone at any time by clicking the Tunnel on the north side of the zone in area.

When you first enter Tutorial A you will have to do the quest Jail Break!, afterwards you will be sent to Tutorial B where you will be given 2 quests automatically: Basic Training and The Revolt of Gloomingdeep.
