Kill 1 kobold infiltrator 0/1 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) Head over and Kill a kobold infiltrator (as indicated by on the map)
Tell Elegist of your victory 0/1 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) Return to and Hail Elegist (as indicated by on the map)
