Find Flutterwing's unhatched sibling 0/1 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) This is from Slavemaster Ruga found in the northern kobold areas, kill him and loot the unhatched sibling, he has a fairly long respawn time, even though this quest has no level requirement, the mob and area are on the higher level side of the zone (as indicated by on the map)
Deliver the egg to Flutterwing 0/1 (The Mines of Gloomingdeep) Return to Flutterwing and turn in the unhatched sibling (as indicated by on the map)
