on the map). The Prizes he offers depends on how many Bronze Points you have in your inventory. You can check what prizes you have available to purchase by saying 'prize' to him.
The prizes are mainly for graphics/fun. The housing items in the screenshots should be their size at maximum size that they were allowed to go. The Comfortable Cloth Shirt just dyes your chest Black (as shown).
